摘　　要：24式太极拳是中华武术文化的智慧结晶,蕴含着丰富的思想政治教育元素.在教学过程中应从24式太极拳传承故事、技术动作、战术技击、修炼要素视角出发,深入挖掘其所蕴含的思政元素,引导学生弘扬中国传统文化,践行社会主义核心价值观,强化学生道德修养,落实立德树人根本任务,努力培养学生成为担当民族复兴大任的时代新人.Twenty-four Style Taijiquan,which contains abundant ideological politic elements,serve as an essential method for college students to cultivate their physical constitution and minds.During the teaching process,the ideological politic elements in terms of politics,culture,law,moral cultivation,and health preservation should be fully explored from the perspectives of historical stories,technique movements,tactical skills and practicing elements,so as to lead students to propagate Chinesetraditional culture,strengthen moral cultivation,practice socialist core values,and strive to become the new generation of young people capable of shouldering the mission of national rejuvenation.
