摘  要:电压无功控制能保证地区电网安全、优质和经济运行。针对传统变电站自动电压控制(automatic voltage control,AVC)方法仅考虑电压和无功是否合格,容易造成设备反复动作的情况,提出一种新的10 kV AVC方法。本文以电压、无功合格率和主变分接头、电容器动作次数为决策变量,兼顾系统的安全性和经济性,建立计及多因素的配网AVC方法优化模型,设计基于粒子群算法(particle swarm optimization,PSO)的AVC方法优化步骤。以某变电站为案例进行分析,案例验证了本文方法在保证电压和无功合格率的同时,能有效降低设备动作次数,为电网调度员在进行电压无功控制时提供了优化方案。Reactive power control of voltage can assure safe,high quality and economic operation of regional power grid.In view of the situation that the automatic voltage control method of traditional substation only considers whether the voltage and reactive power are qualified or not,which is easy to cause repeated operation of the equipment,a kind of new 10 kV AVC method is therefore proposed.In this paper,the voltage,reactive power qualification rate,tape changer of main transformer and the operation number of capacitor are taken as decision variables with consideration of safety and economy of the system,the optimization model of AVC method of distribution network considering multiple factors is set up,the optimization procedures of the AVC method based on particle swarm optimization are designed.Certain substation is taken as an example for analysis.It is verified by the example that the method in this paper can,at the time of assuring qualification rate of both voltage and reactive power,effectively reduce operation number of equipment and provide optimization proposal for the power grid dispatchers when performing reactive power control of voltage.
