摘　　要：评价微型钛板坚固内固定联合颌间牵引治疗颌骨骨折临床疗效。方法:以2018年1月-2020年12月我院收治的颌骨骨折患者中抽选出48例为观察对象展开系统研究,依据患者入院时间顺序为原则分成2组,对照组采取微型钛板坚固内固定治疗,观察组接受微型钛板坚固内固定+颌间牵引治疗,每组各24例,观察对比2组临床疗效、牙周相关指标以及生活质量情况。结果:观察组患者治疗后的总有效率明显高于对照组,其各方面生活质量评分均明显比对照组高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前2组患者的牙周相关指标对比差异不大,治疗后观察组患者的软垢指数、菌斑指数和牙龈指数等指标均明显优于对照组,统计结果P<0.05。结论:临床治疗颌骨骨折选择颌间牵引联合微型钛板坚固内固定治疗的固定效果好,对改善患者的牙周组织功能具有显著作用,值得临床借鉴应用。To evaluate the clinical efficacy of micro titanium plate firm internal fixation combined with intermaxillary traction in the treatment of jaw fractures.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2020,48 patients with jaw fractures admitted to our hospital were selected as observation objects to conduct a systematic investigation,and they were divided into two groups according to the principle of admission time.Rigid internal fixation treatment,observation group received micro titanium plate firm internal fixation+intermaxillary traction treatment,24 cases in each group,the clinical efficacy,periodontal-related indicators and quality of life were observed and compared be-tween the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group,and its quality of life scores in all aspects were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was little differ-ence in the related indexes of the week.After treatment,the soft scale index,plaque index and gingival index of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the statistical result P<0.05.Conclu-sion:Intermaxillary traction combined with micro-titanium plate solid internal fixation for clinical treatment of jaw fractures has a good fixation effect,and has a significant effect on improving the periodontal tissue function of pa-tients,which is worthy of clinical application.
