泥石流生态防治措施治理效果评价体系初探

摘　　要：目前泥石流灾害的防治主要以岩土防治措施为主、生态防治措施为辅,忽略了生态防治措施在泥石流治理中所起的重要作用。通过分析生态防治措施对泥石流形成条件的影响,包括泥石流水源条件、物源条件,同时考虑工程自身因素的作用,构建治理效果评价体系,其中一级评价指标为泥石流物源因子等3项,二级评价指标包括拦截效果比等10项。结合汶川考察地区,通过野外调查与室内实验结合的方式,对选取的各个评价指标进行定量化计算,以登溪沟、板子沟等为例,评价指标的结果能够较好地反映出现场的实际情况,验证了评价指标选取的合理性,为该地区泥石流的防灾减灾提供参考。At present,the prevention and control of debris flow disaster is mainly based on geotechnical control measures,supplemented by ecological control measures,ignoring the important role of ecological prevention and control measures in debris flow control.By analyzing the impact of ecological control measures on the formation conditions of debris flow,including the water source conditions and material source conditions of debris flow,and considering the role of the project′s own factors,a treatment effect evaluation system is constructed,in which the first-class evaluation index includes 3 debris flow material source factors and the second-class evaluation index includes 10 interception effect ratios.combined with the Wenchuan investigation area,through the combination of field investigation and indoor experiment,the selected evaluation indexes are quantitatively calculated.Taking Dengxi gully and Banzi gully as examples,the results of the evaluation indexes can better reflect the actual situation of the site,verify the rationality of the selection of evaluation indexes,and provide reference for the disaster prevention and reduction of debris flow in this area.
