摘  要:利用8个自选糯玉米自交系,按不完全双列杂交配制成32个组合,对株高、穗位高等7个主要性状的配合力进行分析。结果表明,株高、穗位高等7个性状GCA效应在亲本间存在显著差异,且SCA效应在组合之间差异显著;M 7、F 4、M 1和M 2等4个自交系综合表现较好,具有较大的育种潜力,易组配出性状优良的杂交组合,可在今后的糯玉米品种选育中重点利用。M 7×F 4是一个高杆大穗型品种,在抗倒伏性过关的前提下,其具有较好的利用前景。对遗传参数估算可知,株高、穗位高、穗长、秃尖长和穗行数等性状宜早代选择;穗粗和行粒数中晚代选择为宜。Eight self-selected waxy maize inbred lines were prepared into 32 combinations according to incomplete diallel crossing,and the combining ability of seven main characters such as plant height and ear height,was analyzed.The results showed that the GCA effects of 7 traits such as plant height and ear height were significantly different among the parents,and the SCA effects were significantly different among the combinations.The four inbred lines(M 7,F 4,M 1 and M 2)showed good comprehensive performance,and had great breeding potential.They were easy to produce a cross combination with good characters,which could be used in the future waxy maize breeding.M 7×F 4 was a high-stalk and big-spike variety,which had a good utilization prospect under the premise of lodging resistance.According to genetic parameter estimation,plant height,ear height,ear length,bald tip length and ear rows should be selected in early generation.It was appropriate to select the middle and late generation for ear diameter and row grain number.
