摘  要:随着漆改粉项目的推动,促使薄涂粉末涂料被关注,但薄涂粉末涂料的各项指标、性能是否与常规粉末涂料一致(如耐盐雾性能)还有待考证。粉末涂料的耐盐雾性能是防腐性能的重要表征之一,本文以薄涂对环氧粉末涂料的耐盐雾性能的影响为讨论对象,并通过恒定条件来绘制膜厚与耐盐雾性能的趋势图,提供膜厚区间与耐盐雾性关系。With the promotion of the paint-to-powder transformation project,the thin powder coating has drawn much attention.However,whether the performance of thin powder coating is consistent with that of the conventional powder coating,such as salt spray resistance.The salt spray resistance of powder coatings is one of the important characteristics of anticorrosion performance.This paper discusses the influence of thin coating on the salt spray resistance of epoxy powder coatings,and draws the trend chart of film thickness and salt spray resistance under constant conditions wherein the relationship between film thickness range and salt spray resistance is given.
