摘 要:针对低压铸造水冷机壳铝合金薄壁组织内部常出现浇不足、缩松和气孔等缺陷,以及由于内部螺旋水道砂芯松散、断裂造成的粘砂、水路不通等问题,采用X射线照相检测DR系统对铝合金水冷机壳铸件进行无损伤高精度扫描测量分析,并运用OpenCV图像增强技术处理图像,使内部组织异常的低压铸件在最短时间内得到识别、剔除及隔离,从而达到品质精细控制的目的。The defects of low-pressure castings such as insufficient filling, shrinkage porosity and air hole often appear in the structure of aluminum alloy thin-wall low-pressure casting of water-cooled casing, as well as the invisible quality problems of internal structure such as sand sticking and water blockage caused by loose and broken sand core of internal spiral water channel.Digital X-ray photography detection DR system was adopted for non-destructive high-precision scanning measurement to analyze aluminum alloy water-cooled casing castings, and OpenCV image enhancement technology was used to process the images. Therefore the low-pressure castings with abnormal internal structure can be identified, eliminated and isolated in the shortest time, achieving fine quality control.
