摘  要:以某型涡轮增压器压气机叶轮为研究对象,利用ProCAST软件对铸件初始低压铸造工艺进行模拟,发现模拟的缺陷与实际铸件缺陷分布情况基本一致,铸件存在缩孔和浇不足缺陷,缩孔总体积约为1.68 cm^(3)。根据初始铸造工艺的模拟结果,重点分析充型压力对孔隙体积、卷气氧化夹渣等级和二次枝晶臂间距的影响,选择合适的充型压力以改善铸件浇不足以及缩孔缺陷。结果显示,当充型压力为0.015 MPa时,铸件的孔隙体积较小,卷气氧化夹渣等级较低,且二次枝晶臂间距较小。另外,将下铸型由金属型替换为石膏型,起到一定的保温作用,使铸件形成由上至下的顺序凝固,且内浇道最后凝固。试铸表明,铸件表面白光检查合格,无影响强度及品质的缺陷,且铸件内部针孔、缩松等级满足标准要求。The initial low-pressure casting process was simulated for impeller of a turbocharger compressor by using numerical simulation software, and the distribution of simulated defects was basically consistent with the actual casting defects. There exists shrinkage cavity and misrun defects in the casting, and the total volume of shrinkage cavity reaches about 1.68 cm^(3). According to the simulated results of the initial casting process, the effects of the filling pressure on the pore volume and volume gas oxidation slag level and the secondary dendrite arm spacing were analyzed to choose the appropriate filling pressure to improve the misrun and shrinkage cavity defects.The results show that when the filling pressure is 0.015 MPa, porosities are decreased with a lower gas oxidation slag volume level and secondary dendrite arm spacing. At the same time, the down-casting mold is replaced by the gypsum mold, which has a certain thermal insulation effect, so that the castings are solidified from top to bottom, and the inner gate is finally solidified. Finally, the casting test results reveal that the casting surface white light inspection is qualified with absence of defects affecting strength and quality. In addition, the pinhole and shrinkage grade of the casting can meet the standards.
