国外基于儿童友好理念的社区共享空间设计实践及启示

摘　　要：推进儿童友好型社区建设,是我国城市进入存量更新阶段的重要建设目标之一。在既有社区空间资源和建设资金均有限的前提下,“共享空间”是解决公共空间中代际矛盾、提高空间利用效率、降低改造成本和促进社区重构的有效建设途径。文章对国际上基于儿童友好视角下的社区“共享空间”典型案例进行归纳和分析,从组织管理、改造方式、空间类型与分布等方面总结其模式特征,以期为我国儿童友好型社区实践提供借鉴。Promoting the construction of child-friendly communities is one of the important construction goals for cities in China to enter the stage of stock renewal. Under the premise that the existing community space resources and construction funds are limited, "shared space" is to solve the intergenerational conflict in public space, improve the efficiency of space utilization, reduce the cost of renovation, and promote the re-development of the community. In order to provide a reference for the practice of child-friendly community in China, this paper summarizes the typical cases of community "shared space" from a child-friendly perspective in the world.
