摘　　要：“民族国家”作为“想象的共同体”,是近代文人一直思考的中心。长期以来,“民族国家”这一概念以抽象的形式出现在文学作品中,对民族意识的觉醒和现代国家的建构产生了很大的影响。相较于晚清以前的知识群体,“五四”以后的知识分子的“民族国家”意识更为高涨,带有更多“民族主义”色彩。伴随着历史的纵深发展,现代民族国家的概念意义更为深化,不再局限于纯粹的“族群”“国别”叙事。李劼人的《暴风雨前》,通过在战争与维新中成长起来的知识群体的塑造,极广阔地描绘了特定历史时期觉醒青年对于现实社会的要求以及所付诸的行动,极具现代民族国家的成长质素与文化特质,对国家发展与社会进步产生了积极影响,带有深刻的现实意义。form,which has a great influence on the awakening of national consciousness and the construction of modern state.Compared with the intellectual groups before the late Qing Dynasty,the“nation-state”consciousness of intellectuals after the May Fourth Movement was higher,with more“nationalism”color.With the in-depth development of history,the conceptual significance of modern nation-states is deepened,and it is no longer limited to pure“ethnic”and“country”narratives.Li Jieren’s Before the Storm,through the shaping of the knowledge group growing up in the war and the reform,broadly depicts the requirements of the awakening youth in the specific historical period for the society and the actions they have taken.It has the growth quality and cultural characteristics of the modern nation,and has a positive impact on national development and social progress,with profound practical significance.
