摘  要:合理的渣型是铜火法冶炼顺利进行的关键。低温熔炼可减缓炉衬所受的热应力以及熔体对炉衬的化学侵蚀,延长熔炼炉使用寿命。低温熔炼过程渣中易析出以Fe_(3)O_(4)为主的尖晶石固相,增大熔渣黏度,阻碍冰铜沉降。对铜精矿低温熔炼过程进行热力学基础计算,研究了渣中各组分含量对熔炼过程的影响。结果表明:当渣中Fe/SiO_(2)为1.1,CaO、Al_(2)O_(3)、ZnO含量分别控制在1.5%~4%、3%~6%、3%~10%时,熔渣具有良好流动性。通过控制Fe/SiO_(2)以及熔剂含量,利用实验室规模的富氧顶吹炉对铜精矿在1160℃、55%氧浓度的条件下进行熔炼,喷吹结束后静置沉降60 min,可获得品位为60.86%的冰铜,渣中铜含量为1.60%的熔渣,实现低温熔炼。Reasonable slag type is the key to smooth copper pyrometallurgical smelting.Low temperature smelting can reduce the thermal stress on the furnace lining and the chemical erosion of the melt on the furnace lining,extending the service life of the smelting furnace.The spinel solid-phase dominated by Fe_(3)O_(4)is easy to precipitate in the slag during low-temperature smelting,which increases the viscosity of the slag and hinders the smooth progress of the smelting process.In this thesis,the basic thermodynamic calculations of the low temperature melting process of copper concentrates were performed.The influence of component contents in slag on smelting process was studied.The results show that,when Fe/SiO_(2)ratio in slag is 1.1,the contents of CaO,Al_(2)O_(3)and ZnO are controlled in the range of 1.5%-4%,3%-6%,3%-10%,has excellent liquidity.By controlling the content of Fe/SiO_(2)and flux,the copper concentrate is melted in a laboratory-scale oxygen-enriched top blowing furnace at 1160℃and 55%oxygen concentration and then settled for 60 min to obtain matte with a grade of 60.86%and slag with a copper content of 1.60%.
