摘　　要：阈下微脉冲激光是一种短促重复的脉冲激光,它不同于具有损伤性治疗作用的传统激光,在达到有效治疗效果的基础上,减少视网膜色素上皮(RPE)细胞损伤和其他热损伤,不会产生激光斑。微脉冲激光因其安全性、有效性展现出了广阔的应用前景,主要用于治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(CSC)、糖尿病黄斑水肿(DME)、视网膜静脉阻塞继发的黄斑水肿(RVO-ME)及糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)等。本文综述了临床微脉冲激光的作用机理、治疗参数和其适应症,以及近年来微脉冲激光在治疗其他眼科疾病中的新尝试,展示出其在眼科疾病治疗中的优势,旨在进一步规范和扩展微脉冲激光在临床中的应用。Subthreshold micropulse laser is a kind of short and repeated pulsed laser,which is different from the traditional laser with damaging therapeutic effect.On the basis of achieving ef⁃fective therapeutic effect,it can reduce retinal pigment epithelium(RPE)cells damage and other thermal damage,without laser spots.Micropulse laser has shown wide application prospect be⁃cause of its safety and effectiveness.Micropulse laser is mainly used in the treatment of central se⁃rous chorioretinopathy(CSC),diabetic macular edema(DME),macular edema secondary to retinal vein obstruction(RVO-ME)and diabetic retinopathy(DR).In this paper,the mechanism of action,therapeutic parameters,and indications of clinical micropulse laser are reviewed,as well as the new attempts of micropulse laser in the treatment of other eye diseases in recent years,demonstrat⁃ing the advantages of micropulse laser in the treatment of eye diseases,aiming to further standard⁃ize and expand the clinical application of micropulse laser.
