摘  要:5G AAU等系列产品的主板实现了模块化设计,单张主板需要额外集成4~16张功放模块子卡,极大增加了人工贴装作业量,且贴装精度很难达到要求。自研打造了一套集成化自动贴装系统,实现全系子卡机械臂贴装,消除子卡贴装工序的瓶颈隐患,提升全系城堡单板合格率,并大幅缩减转线时子卡贴装程序的调试时间,降低过程人员投入。经过实际生产测试,生产效率、贴装精度、单板合格率、转线效率均有较大程度的提升。该技术研究与实践取得了较好的结果反馈,证实了技术方向的准确性及技术方案的可靠性。The motherboards of 5G AAU and other series products have achieved a modular design. A single motherboard needs to integrate 4 to 16 additional power amplifier module daughter cards, which greatly increases the workload of manual placement, and the accuracy of manual placement is difficult to meet the requirements. A set of integrated automatic placement system has been built, which realizes the placement of the entire system of daughter card robotic arms and eliminates the potential bottleneck of the daughter card placement process, to improve the pass rate of all castle veneers. At the same time,the debugging time of the daughter card placement program during line transfer is greatly reduced, and the investment of process personnel is reduced. After the actual production test, the production effi ciency,placement accuracy, single board qualifi cation rate and line transfer effi ciency have been greatly improved.The technology research and practice has achieved good feedback, which confirms the accuracy of the technical direction and the reliability of the technical solution.
