摘 要:为研究不同栽培基质对青钱柳生长的影响,将青钱柳一年生苗分别种植在营养土、红土、泥炭土3种栽培基质中,测定其长势、成熟叶产量、叶片化学成分等相关指标。结果表明,3种栽培基质对青钱柳株高、地径增长的影响在时间先后上具有区别,但总体上没有显著差异;红土栽培的青钱柳主干节间距最大;营养土栽培的青钱柳叶片鲜重和干重显著高于另外2种基质,并且叶绿素含量最高,但总黄酮含量最低。In order to study the effects of different cultivation substrates on growth of Cyclocarya paliurus,the annual seedlings of Cyclocarya paliurus were planted in three cultivation substrates(nutrient soil,lateritic soil and peat soil),and the related indexes of growth,mature leaf yield and leaf chemical compositions were measured.The results showed that the effects of three cultivation substrates on the growth of plant height and ground diameter of Cyclocarya paliurus were different in time sequence,but there was no significant difference in total;the trunk pitch of Cyclocarya paliurus cultivated in lateritic soil was the largest;the fresh weight and dry weight of Cyclocarya paliurus cultivated in nutrient soil were significantly higher than those of other two substrates,and the chlorophyll content was the highest,but the total flavonoids content was the lowest.
