公共艺术介入城镇创生何以实现——基于场景理论的分析

摘　　要：公共艺术介入城镇创生与空间更新有助于彰显地方文化血脉、驱动区域内涵式可持续发展,实现人民群众精神文化生活富裕。公共艺术介入城市创生有主体联动型、遗址开发型和艺旅融合型三种实践模式。公共艺术介入需要以场景营造为主题、以艺术社群为主体、以公共空间为载体、以公私兼顾为手段来实现城镇创生目标,样本区域还存在在地资源有待整合、政策规制有待补阙、公众参与程度有待提高等问题,从创新景观、创意阶层、创建业态、创生社区、创优治理五个层面更新路径,是公共艺术介入城镇创生的前瞻性趋向。The intervention of public art in urban creation and space renewal is beneficial to highlight local cultural traits, drive regional sustainable development, and achieve the prosperity of people’s life. There are three modes of public art’s intervention in urban creation: main body linkage, site development and art & tourism integration. The intervention of public art needs to take scene creation as the theme, art community as the main body, public space as the carrier, and both public and private as the means to achieve the goal of urban creation. There are still problems in the sample area, such as land resources to be integrated, policy regulations to be filled and public participation to be improved. It is a forward-looking trend for public art to intervene in urban creation by updating the path from five levels: innovative landscape, creative class, establishment of business form, creation of community and creation of excellent governance.
