复方当归注射液穴位注射配合康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方当归注射液穴位注射配合康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者的疗效。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年2月某医院康复医学科收治的60例脑卒中偏瘫后遗症患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用常规的康复功能训练,观察组采用复方当归注射液穴位注射与康复训练相结合的治疗方法。对比两组3个周期后肌力变化总有效率、日常生活能力(Barthel指数)评定、肢体运动功能(FMA)评分。结果:患者肌力恢复总有效率观察组93.3%,高于对照组80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Barthel指数观察组(65.2±12.4),高于对照组(47.8±9.6),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);FMA评分观察组(70.5±21.6),高于对照组(56.9±19.7),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方当归注射液穴位注射与康复功能训练结合用于脑卒中后偏瘫患者,可提高患者肢体运动功能,改善患者的肌力及日常生活能力。Objective:To explore the curative effect of compound angelica injection combined with rehabilitation training on stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods:60 patients with stroke hemiplegia sequela admitted to the rehabilitation department of one hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were selected,and divided into control group and observation group randomly.There were 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training.The observation group was treated with compound angelica injection and rehabilitation training.The total effective rate of muscle strength changes after 3 cycles was compared between the two groups,assessment of activities of daily living(Barthel Index),limb motor function(FLM)score.Results:The total effective rate of muscle strength recovery in the observation group was 93.3%,80.0%higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Barthel Index in the observation group was(65.2±12.4),which was higher than(47.8±9.6),in the control group(P<0.05);The FMA score in the observation group was(70.5±21.6),which was higher than(56.9±19.7),in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint injection of compound angelica injection combined with rehabilitation function training for stroke patients with hemiplegia,It can improve muscle strength and limb motor function,improve the patient’s daily life.
