摘 要:促进绿色创新发展已成为推动中国经济高质量发展的重要途径。通过采用相关计量模型,研究了绿色金融、环境规制对绿色技术创新效率的影响,结果表明:绿色金融、环境规制都对绿色技术创新效率起到直接的驱动作用,而且绿色金融、环境规制对绿色技术创新效率的非线性关系存在正向显著的门槛效应特征;异质性估计结果表明,东部地区绿色金融和环境规制对绿色技术创新效率的影响更为显著,但是绿色金融对绿色技术创新效率的影响主要集中在北方地区,而环境规制对绿色技术创新效率的影响在南方地区更为突出;通过进一步采用空间计量模型,结果发现绿色金融、环境规制对绿色技术创新效率存在明显的空间溢出效应。该研究结论可以为我国研究绿色技术创新效率的新动能提供经验证据与政策启示。How to promote the green innovation development has become an important means to promote the high-quality development of China’s economy. This paper aims to study the influence of green finance and environmental regulation on the efficiency of green technology innovation on the basis of the relevant econometric model. The results show that green finance and environmental regulation play a direct driving role in the efficiency of green technology innovation, and there is a positive and significant threshold effect characteristic for the nonlinear relationship between green finance and environmental regulation on the efficiency of green technology innovation. In addition, the results of heterogeneity estimation indicate that the impact of green finance and environmental regulation on the efficiency of green technology innovation is more significant in the eastern part of China, but is mainly manifested in the northern part and more prominent in the southern part. By further adopting the spatial econometric model, the results show that green finance and environmental regulation have obvious spatial spillover effect on the efficiency of green technology innovation. The research conclusion can provide empirical evidence and policy reference for China to study the new driving force of green technology innovation efficiency.
