摘 要:采用数值分析方法对浮头式换热器两侧管板弯曲应力和换热管轴向应力进行了计算,讨论分析了钩圈、浮头盖等边缘结构对管板弯曲应力和换热管轴向应力的影响,对比分析了不同方法下的管板应力和换热管应力计算结果。研究结果表明:当壳程压力大于管程压力时,钩圈和浮头盖等边缘结构对浮头换热器两侧管板径向弯曲应力和换热管轴向应力水平具有改善效果;当壳程压力小于管程压力时,浮动端管板边缘处连接结构产生的附加弯矩会对管板产生不利影响。应对管板边缘结构的影响予以关注。The bending stress of the tubesheets and the axial stress of the heat exchange tubes at both sides of the floating-end heat exchanger were studied by the numerical analysis method.The influence of the edge structures such as floating-end hook ring and floating head cover on the bending stress of the tubesheets and the axial stress of the heat exchange tubes was discussed and analyzed.The calculation results of the stresses of tubesheets and heat exchange tubes under different methods were compared and analyzed.The research results show that when the pressure of shell side is more than that of tube side, the floating-end hook ring and floating head cover have improvement effect on the radial bending stress of tubesheets and axial stress level of heat exchange tubes at both sides of floating-end heat exchanger.When the pressure of shell side is less than that of tube side, the additional bending moment generated at the connecting structure at the edge of the floating-end tubesheet will have adverse effect on the tubesheet.Attention should be paid to the effect on the edge structure of the tubesheet.
