基于益气活血理论探讨二参三草汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的效果

摘　　要：慢性萎缩性胃炎主要是由脾胃阴阳气血失调、脾胃气虚、胃络血瘀所致。单兆伟教授的自拟方二参三草汤具有健脾益气、活血通络之效,临证时根据患者证候的不同,可适宜调整剂量或佐温中、或佐疏肝、或佐养阴、或佐清热、或佐化浊等。本文主要是基于益气活血理论探讨二参三草汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的效果。Chronic atrophic gastritis is mainly caused by the imbalance of qi and blood of Yin and Yang of the spleen and stomach,qi deficiency of the spleen and stomach and blood stasis of the stomach.Professor Shan Zhaowei’s self-designed decoction of Ershen Sancao has the effect of invigorating spleen and qi,promoting blood circulation and clearing complexations.According to the different syndroms of patients,it is suitable to adjust the dosage,such as warming the medium,soothing the liver,nourishing the Yin,clearing heat,or reducing turbidity.Based on the theory of supplementing qi and promoting blood circulation,this paper discusses the effect of Ershen Sancao Decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis.
