摘  要:目的探究直接滴定法与氧化还原法在食用盐检测结果中的差异,为合理选择居民碘盐的检测方法提供理论依据。方法分别用直接滴定法和氧化还原法同时检测国家标准物质、市场销售碘盐和居民食用碘盐中碘的含量,分析结果差异。结果直接滴定法和氧化还原法测定国家标准物质中碘含量,结果差异无统计学意义(t=0.881,P=0.376);直接滴定法测得市场销售碘盐碘含量为(25.28±2.14)mg/kg,氧化还原法测得市场销售碘盐碘含量为(25.77±2.58)mg/kg,二者差异无统计学意义(t=2.609,P=0.151);直接滴定法测得的居民食用中碘盐碘含量是(19.12±2.52)mg/kg,低于氧化还原法测得的居民食用中碘盐碘含量为(23.03±3.41)mg/kg(t=20.906,P<0.001)。结论在居民食用中盐的碘检测中,应用直接滴定法检测食用盐碘的含量较低。Objective To explore the difference between direct titration and redox method results in edible salt,so as provide theoretical evidence for the rational selection of resident iodized salt detection methods.Methods The contents of iodine in national reference materials,iodized salt sold in the market,and iodized salt consumed by residents were detected by the direct titration and redox method,and the results were analyzed.Results The difference in iodine contents in national reference materials determined by direct titration and redox method was not statistically significant(t=0.881,P=0.376).The iodine content of iodized salt in the market was(25.28±2.14)mg/kg measured by the direct titration and(25.77±2.58)mg/kg by the redox method,and the difference between the two was not statistically significant(t=2.609,P=0.151).The iodine content of salt in household consumption measured by the direct titration was(19.12±2.52)mg/kg,which was lower than that measured by the redox method as(23.03±3.41)mg/kg(t=20.906,P<0.001).Conclusion In the iodine detection of residential salt,the content of iodine in edible salt is low by direct titration.
