摘　　要：随着对原发性肝癌研究深入,国家卫生健康委员会相继在2019及2022年制定发布了《原发性肝癌诊疗规范(2019版)》和《原发性肝癌诊疗指南(2022年版)》。本研究比较2版指南在原发性肝癌诊疗过程中的差异,思考、总结新版指南提出的新方案、新观点及新设想,并参考国内外相关研究最新进展,加以补充,为临床原发性肝癌诊治提供借鉴和指导,希望肝病相关临床医师应用最新指南,规范诊疗行为,保障医疗质量。With the in-depth research on primary liver cancer,the National Health Commission has formulated and released the"Standardization for diagnosis and treatment of primary liver cancer(2019 edition)"and the"Guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of primary liver cancer(2022 edition)"in 2019 and 2022 respectively.In this regard,the author studied and compared the differences between the two editions of the guidelines in the diagnosis and treatment of primary liver cancer,summarized the new protocols,new views and new ideas proposed in the new edition of the guidelines,and supplemented them with reference to the latest progress of related research at home and abroad,so as to provide reference and guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical primary liver cancer,hoping that clinicians related to liver disease will apply the latest guidelines to standardize their treatment practice and ensure medical quality.
