摘　　要：基于动态能力视角,新创企业依托资源编排可以有效摆脱资源短缺困境,促使其在权变环境中稳定成长。通过采集376份有价值问卷予以实证分析,研究发现:资源编排可以提升所获取资源的质量,提升新创企业成长的水平;资源编排能够有助于新创企业动态能力的提升,动态能力的上升可以加速新创企业的成长;环境不确定性的影响幅度越大,资源编排对动态能力及新创企业成长二者的影响会有所增强。以上结论揭示了资源编排对新创企业成长的影响,也突出了动态能力的作用。Based on the perspective of dynamic capabilities,new startups relying on resource scheduling can effectively get rid of the dilemma of resource shortage and promote their stable growth in a contingent environment.By collecting 376 valuable questionnaires for empirical analysis,the study has found that:resource scheduling can enhance the quality of resource acquisition and improve the growth level of startups;resource scheduling can help startups improve their dynamic capabilities,and the increase in dynamic capabilities can accelerate the growth of new ventures;the greater the impact of environmental uncertainty,the greater the impact of resource scheduling on both dynamic capabilities and the growth of new ventures.The above conclusions reveal the impact of resource scheduling on the growth of start-ups,and also highlight the role of dynamic capabilities.
