摘 要:花生衣中含有儿茶素等多种化学成分,具有抗氧化、抑菌以及防止血小板减少等药用活性,在食品、化妆品和医药等行业具有广泛的用途。本文探讨了儿茶素的提取工艺和纯化方法。结果表明从花生衣中提取儿茶素较适宜提取溶剂为甲醇,适宜提取时间为2 h,较适宜提取温度为50℃,料液比最佳为1:15。综合采用溶剂萃取和反相硅胶RP-C18、凝胶LH-20和正相硅胶等层析方法,可以获得儿茶素纯品,并根据核磁共振波谱数据对儿茶素的结构进行鉴定,从中获得一条从花生衣中提取儿茶素的较实用方法,可为花生衣的深度开发提供参考。The peanut coat contains catechins and other chemical components.It possesses medicinal activities such as anti-oxidation,bacteriostasis,and the prevention of thrombocytopenia.It is widely used in food,cosmetics,medicine,and other industries.Based on the structural characteristics of catechin chemical molecules,the technique of extraction and purification of catechin from peanut were explored in this paper.The results indicated that the optimum solvent for extracting catechin from peanut coat was methanol,the optimum extraction time was 2 h,the optimum extraction temperature was 50℃,and the optimum ratio of material to liquid was 1:15.The pure catechin could be obtained by solvent extraction,reversed-phase silica gel RP-C18,Sephadex LH-20 and normal phase silica gel column chromatography.This paper provides a practical method to extract catechin from peanut coat,which would provide a reference for the in-depth development of peanut coat.
