县市图书馆地方特色文化信息资源的收集与传播——以孝感公共图书馆为例

摘　　要：最新颁布的《公共图书馆法》的第二十四条规定公共图书馆承担着广泛而系统地收集地方文献信息、保存和传承地方文化的重要职能。由于资金、资源和人力的匮乏,孝感地方公共图书馆面临着许多困难,在实践中也存在着诸多问题:(1)孝文化未被列入地方特色资源;(2)缺乏一体化统筹规划和内部搜索引擎;(3)信息传播形式有待创新。针对上述问题,可从以下途径解决:(1)团结协作,共同促进孝文化资源品牌化;(2)科学统筹,文化信息资源建设一体化;(3)大胆创新,探索文化传播形式多样化。Article 24 of the newly promulgated Public Library Law stipulates that public libraries undertake the important functions of collecting local documents and information extensively and systematically, preserving and inheriting local culture. Due to the shortage of funds, resources and manpower, Xiaogan local public library is faced with many difficulties, and there are many problems in practice. Firstly, filial piety culture has not been included in the local characteristic resources. Secondly, there is lack of integrated overall planning and internal search engine. Thirdly, the form of information transmission needs to be innovated. To solve the above problems, there is need to unite and cooperate to promote the branding of filial piety cultural resources, scientifically plan and integrate cultural information resources construction, make bold innovations and explore the diversification of cultural communication forms.
