摘  要:采用低压真空脉冲渗碳设备对机器人用RV减速器摆线轮用国产新材料ZK001进行不同工艺的渗碳处理,随后利用光学显微镜、洛氏硬度计、显微维氏硬度计、激光三坐标仪器及Geomagic Qualify软件等研究了ZK001钢渗碳后的微观组织、力学性能、渗层深度及变形量。结果表明:采用880℃加热、1∶5渗扩比、保压25 s、渗碳55 min、1500 Pa渗碳压力及780℃淬火的真空渗碳热处理后,摆线轮的晶粒度等级为1级,表面洛氏硬度为61.0 HRC,渗层深度为1.1 mm,变形量为0.05 mm,符合高精度摆线轮服役要求。The low-pressure vacuum pulse carburizing equipment was used to carburize the new domestic material ZK001 for the cycloid gear of RV reducer for robot.Then,microstructure,mechanical properties,depth of carburizing layer and deformation of the ZK001 steel after carburizing were studied by means of optical microscope,Rockwell hardness tester,micro Vickers hardness tester,laser three-dimensional instrument and Geomagic Qualify software.The results show that after the vacuum carburizing heat treatment under the conditions of heating temperature of 880℃,penetration to diffusion ratio of 1∶5,holding pressure for 25 s,carburizing for 55 min,carburizing pressure of 1500 Pa and 780℃quenching,the grain size grade of the cycloid gear is grade 1,the surface Rockwell hardness is 61.0 HRC,the depth of the carburizing layer is 1.1 mm,and the deformation is 0.05 mm,which meets the service requirements of the high-precision cycloid gear.
