摘 要:基于江苏高校2021届毕业生就业调查数据,以“市”作为流动的基本单位,分析江苏高校省内生源的师范类本科生在本省就业流动情况及其影响因素,研究发现:近八成省内生源的师范类本科生在省内发生跨区域就业流动行为。新一线和二线城市是吸纳师范类本科生的主要阵地,留才引才优势明显,其中尤以南京和苏州为代表。三线城市面临留才引才难题,流入流出比值远远小于1,呈现明显的人才流动“顺差”。在分析就业流动影响因素时发现,人口统计学特征、家庭、学校和地区经济均对就业流动产生显著影响。为促进师范类本科生合理流动,可以从提升各区域经济发展水平、加大师范生就业优惠政策、完善地方留才引才机制等角度制定相关措施。Based on the employment survey data of 2021 graduates of Jiangsu universities,and taking"city"as the basic unit of flow,this paper analyzes the employment flow of student-source-Jiangsu-based normal undergraduates in Jiangsu Province and its influencing factors.The study found that nearly 80%of normal undergraduates have cross-regional employment flow in Jiangsu Province.New first-tier and second-tier cities are the main areas for attracting normal students,and the advantages of retaining and attracting talents are obvious,especially Nanjing and Suzhou.Third-tier cities are faced with the problem of retaining and attracting talents,and the ratio of inflow and outflow is far less than 1,showing an obvious"surplus"of talent flow.When analyzing the influencing factors of employment mobility,it is found that demographic characteristics,family,school and regional economy all have a significant impact on employment flow.In order to promote the rational flow of normal undergraduates,relevant measures can be formulated from the perspectives of improving the level of economic development in various regions,adding preferential policies for the employment of students,and improving the local mechanism for retaining and attracting talents.
