摘　　要：就业是最基本的民生。大学生就业是新时代就业工作的主要战线。促进大学生高质量充分就业,不仅要关注其毕业期间与社会供需匹配所需的“就业力”,更重要的是在其职业生涯中持续实现与社会供需匹配的“职业发展力”。大学生职业发展力包括心理资本、人力资本与社会资本三个方面。提升大学生职业发展力,需要包括高校在内的社会各方共同构筑一个全方位系统性的培育体系。Employment is the most basic livelihood.The employment of university graduates is the main front of workforce employment in The New Era.To promote the full and high-quality employment of university graduates,we should not only focus on the"Employability"required to match the supply and demand with the society during graduation,but also the"career development ability"required to continuously match the supply and demand of society along their whole career.The career development ability of university graduates includes three aspects:psychological capital,human capital and social capital.To enhance the career development ability of university graduates,it is necessary to build a comprehensive and systematic cultivation system by all parties in the society.
