摘 要:以2021年新修订的《化妆品安全技术规范》4.1甲基异噻唑啉酮等23种组分标准方法为基础,通过对高效液相色谱(HPLC)参数的转换以及优化色谱条件,建立超高效液相色谱法进行苯甲酸、苯甲醇、4-羟基苯甲酸酯类等8种防腐剂的分析,对比HPLC方法与UPLC方法结果差异并对UPLC方法进行方法验证。实验结果表明,该方法的RSD为0.4%~5.1%,平均加标回收率为97.2%~113.5%,各组分在相应的线性范围内,线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.9998,该方法具有较高的准确度、精密度、分离度和灵敏度,能满足实际标准对苯甲醇等8种防腐剂的检测要求,为实验室检测提供新的技术支持。In recent years,more and more attention has been paid on ultra-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).In this work,based on the method in the Technical Specification for Safety of Cosmetics(2021 Edition)for analysis of preservatives,an ultraperformance liquid chromatography method for the analysis of preservatives in cosmetics was established.The difference between HPLC and UPLC was compared and the UPLC method was verified to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the method after conversion.The experimental results show that,the method has high accuracy,precision,repeatability and sensitivity and can meet the requirements of the actual standard for the detection of 8 preservatives such as benzyl alcohol,which can provide new technical support for laboratory detection.
