摘　　要：综述了化妆品多肽结构改造的类型、方法及应用,重点综述了近年来多肽结构改造策略,以及各种改造方法对提高渗透性和生物活性的作用,为化妆品多肽原料的研究和应用提供了数据和理论参考。Peptides have been extensively used in cosmetic industry.However,most natural peptides have poor skin permeability,and are easily degraded by skin proteolytic enzymes.Most of the popular cosmetic peptides on the market are modified to improve their delivery efficiency and biological activity.In this paper,the types,methods and applications of structural modification for cosmetic peptides in recent years are reviewed.The structural modification strategies are summarized,as well as the effects on improving skin permeability and biological activity.This review may provide data and theoretical reference for the research and application of novel cosmetic peptide ingredients.
