摘 要:通过对转子轴向移动式无级变矩永磁缓速器工作原理的研究,提出一种鼓式双转子永磁缓速器结构设计方案。根据设计目标以及车辆制动法规要求,基于永磁制动理论,采用MATLAB辅助设计确定了双转子永磁缓速器关键结构参数。通过ANSYS EM三维电磁场瞬态仿真模块,建立有限元仿真模型,对缓速器输出的制动力矩输出进行仿真分析,验证其在不同工作模式下的制动力矩,研究双转子完全工作状态下转子的转速与输出制动力矩的关系、输出制动力矩的调节特征。研究表明:所设计的永磁缓速器的制动力矩输出满足车辆的要求,其输出的制动力矩具有无极线性调节特性,还有性能提升空间。With the study on working principle of axial-moving stepless torque variable permanent magnet retarder,a structural design scheme of drum type double rotor permanent magnet retarder is proposed.According to the design objectives and vehicle braking laws and regulations,and based on the theory of permanent magnet braking,the key structural parameters of the double-rotor permanent magnet retarder were determined with the assistance of MATLAB.With ANSYS EM three-dimensional electromagnetic transient simulation module,the finite element simulation model was established,and the simulation analysis on theoutput of the retarder braking torque output was carried out to verify its braking torque in different working modes and study the relationship between the rotor speed of double rotors in full working state and output braking torque,and the regulation characteristics of the brake torque output.The research shows that the designed braking torque output of the permanent magnet retarder meets the requirements of vehicles with the output braking torque having the characteristics of infinite linear regulation and room for performance improvement.
