摘　　要：以上海交通大学医学院附属国际和平妇幼保健院门诊为例,选取患者有无使用预问诊系统的就诊情况作为观察组和对照组,分析使用系统前后医生门诊病历完成时间和相应患者满意度。使用预问诊系统的情况下,医生门诊病历完成的平均时间有所减少,且患者满意度有所提升。门诊预问诊系统的研究与应用有助于医院提升门诊服务能力。Taking the outpatient department of International Peace Maternity and Child Health Hospital,Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine as an example,the patients with or without the use of pre-consultation system are selected as the observation group and the control group,and the completion time and corresponding patient satisfaction ratio before and after the use of the system are analyzed in the paper.In the case of using the pre-consultation system,the average time to complete the doctor’s outpatient records is reduced and the patient satisfaction ratio is improved.The research and application of the outpatient consultation system is helpful to improve the outpatient service ability of the hospital.
