摘　　要：分析基于眼科影像存储与传输系统的专科门诊检查流程和医嘱闭环管理现状,阐述针对眼科门诊检查的流程优化设计与集成平台系统改造方案,优化患者专科门诊就诊流程,实现医嘱闭环管理,推进临床科研一体化建设。The paper analyzes the inspection process and current situation of the closed-loop management of medical orders in the specialist outpatient department based on the ophthalmic picture archiving and communication system(PACS).It expounds the optimization design of the process for the ophthalmic outpatient department and the process design of integration platform system,optimizes the treatment process of the patient’s specialist outpatient department,and realizes closed-loop management of medical orders,in order to promote the integration of clinical research.
