摘　　要：分析互联网医院发展现状,提出互联网医院精细化管理的必要性,以四川大学华西医院为例,阐述对互联网医院精细化管理的探索,为互联网医院管理和可持续发展提供经验借鉴。The paper analyzes the development status of Internet hospitals and puts forward the necessity of refined management of Internet hospitals.Taking West China Hospital of Sichuan University as an example,it expounds the exploration of refined management of Internet hospital,and provides experience for the management and sustainable development of Internet hospitals.
