摘　　要：目的 建立HPLC法同时测定参松养心胶囊中阿魏酸、芍药苷、槲皮素、绿原酸、毛蕊异黄酮的含量。方法 该药物甲醇提取液的分析采用Diamonsil C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm),流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长238 nm。结果 5种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.999 5),平均加样回收率95.00%~99.06%,RSD 0.47%~2.22%。结论 该方法简便准确,可用于参松养心胶囊的质量控制。AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of ferulic acid, paeoniflorin, quercetin, chlorogenic acid and calycosin in Shensong Yangxin Capsules.METHODS The analysis of methanol extract of this drug was performed on a Diamonsil C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner, and the detection wavelength was set at 238 nm.RESULTS Five constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.999 5), whose average recoveries were 95.00%-99.06% with the RSDs of 0.47%-2.22%.CONCLUSION This simple and accurate method can be used for the quality control of Shensong Yangxin Capsules.
