新时代普通高校外语类一流本科专业建设的若干思考

摘　　要：聚焦人才培养、全面振兴本科、做强一流专业、培养一流人才已经在高等学校形成广泛共识。本文立足外语类专业自身发展特点,阐释外语类专业人才培养的历史使命和扎实推进专业内涵建设与发展的迫切需求,围绕落实新文科建设要求、强化“金课”建设、加强学习评价、重视课程思政、提高专业治理能力等多个关键问题,对如何与时俱进建设紧扣时代脉搏、满足新时代外语教育人才培养要求的一流专业进行深入思考,设计并探索外语类一流专业建设的有效路径,以期为外语类一流专业建设提供参考。There has been a general consensus among institutions of higher learning about the need for talent development,full-scale reinvigoration of undergraduate education,enhancement of first-class undergraduate programs and the development of first-class talents.This paper elaborates on the historical mission for the development of foreign language professionals and the urgent needs for the substantive development of undergraduate programs in keeping with the innate development characteristics of the foreign language majors.Propositions are made for such key issues as the appropriate ways to fulfil the requirements for the development of new liberal arts,enhance the development of Golden Standard Curriculum,strengthen learning assessment,attach greater importance to curricular ideological and political considerations,and increase the capacity for the development and governance of undergraduate programs,etc.In-depth thinking is done about the appropriate ways for the development of first-class undergra-duate programs for the education of talents in the field of foreign language education to satisfy the requirements of the New Era.
