摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道前列腺癌电切术联合手术去势对前列腺癌患者前列腺功能及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)水平的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2021年1月我院收治的62例前列腺癌患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各31例。对照组给予间歇性内分泌治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予经尿道前列腺癌电切术联合手术去势治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果治疗后,两组的国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)评分、残余尿量(PVR)低于治疗前,最大尿流量(Qmax)高于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的TNF-α、IGF-1、PSA水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经尿道前列腺癌电切术联合手术去势治疗前列腺癌患者的效果显著,能提高前列腺功能,改善TNF-α、IGF-1、PSA水平,降低复发率。Objective To investigate the effects of transurethral resection of prostate cancer combined with surgical castration on prostate function,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)and prostate specific antigen(PSA)levels in patients with prostate cancer.Methods Sixty-two patients with prostate cancer admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received intermittent endocrine therapy,and the observation group received transurethral resection of prostate cancer combined with surgical castration therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS)score,post-voiding residual volume(PVR)of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and maximum urinary flow(Qmax)was higher than before treatment,and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IGF-1 and PSA of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Transurethral resection of prostate cancer combined with surgical castration in the treatment of prostate cancer patients is effective,it can improve prostate function,ameliorate the levels of TNF-α,IGF-1 and PSA,and reduce the recurrence rate.
