固本益肠片联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果及对免疫功能和血清sRAGE、Vaspin的影响

摘　　要：目的观察固本益肠片联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的临床效果及对免疫功能和血清可溶性糖基化终末产物受体(sRAGE)、内脏脂肪特异性丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂(Vaspin)的影响。方法选取2020年4月至2021年12月我院接收的112例UC患者为研究对象,按照双色球法将其分为对照组和试验组,各56例。对照组接受美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗,试验组接受固本益肠片联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果试验组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的腹泻、腹痛、脓血便消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗4个疗程后,试验组的C反应蛋白(CRP)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)水平低于对照组,白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗4个疗程后,试验组的sRAGE、Vaspin水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗4个疗程后,试验组的白细胞分化抗原4阳性(CD4^(+))、白细胞分化抗原4阳性/白细胞分化抗原8阳性(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))高于对照组,白细胞分化抗原8阳性(CD8^(+))低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论固本益肠片联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗UC效果显著,可改善临床症状,降低炎症因子和血清sRAGE、Vaspin水平,调节免疫功能。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Guben Yichang tablets combined with mesalazine enteric coated tablets in treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC)and its influences on immune function and serum soluble receptor for advanced glycation end-products(sRAGE)and Vaspin.Methods A total of 112 UC patients received in our hospital from April 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to the double chromosphere method,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mesalazine enteric coated tablets,and the experimental group was treated with Guben Yichang tablets combined with mesalazine enteric coated tablets.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of diarrhea,abdominal pain and bloody purulent stool in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 courses of treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of interleukin-10(IL-10)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 courses of treatment,the levels of sRAGE and Vaspin in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 courses of treatment,the cluster of differentiation 4 positive(CD4^(+))and cluster of differentiation 4 positive/cluster of differentiation 8positive(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the cluster of differentiation 8 positive(CD8^(+))was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Guben Yichang tablets combined with mesalazine enteric coated tablets in treatment of UC
