摘　　要：双心疾病作为现代医学研究的热点与难点疾病,经典方剂在其治疗中发挥着重要作用。查阅相关资料,发现小建中汤、理中丸(人参汤)、补中益气汤作为强健中气、温理中阳、补益中焦即“建中、理中、补中”的代表方剂,在治疗双心疾病中有独特的治疗作用。分别从六经辨证、八纲辨证的角度整合分析,发现经方可以分别从太阳经、太阴经、少阳经论治,并从气血虚实阴阳的八纲辨证角度系统分析其治疗的理论作用,创新了传统中医药在治疗现代疾病中的应用思路与角度,为中医药在治疗双心疾病中提供新的思路与思考。As a hot and difficult disease in modern medical research,classic prescriptions play an important role in its treatment.The author has consulted relevant materials and found that Xiaojianzhong Decoction(小建中汤),Lizhong Pill(理中丸)[Renshen Decoction(人参汤)]and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction(补中益气汤)are the representative formulae for consolidating the middle,regulating the middle and tonifying the middle to strengthen the middle Qi,warm and regulate the middle Yang and tonify the middle-Jiao.It has a unique therapeutic effect in the treatment of double heart diseases.From the perspective of syndrome differentiation of six meridians and eight principles,this paper finds that the three meridians can be treated from the Taiyang meridians,Taiyin meridians and Shaoyang meridians respectively,and systematically analyzes the theoretical role of treatment from the perspective of syndrome differentiation of Qi,blood,deficiency,excess and Yin and Yang,innovating the application ideas and perspectives of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of modern diseases,It provides new ideas and thoughts for traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of double heart diseases.
