摘  要:针对油色谱回油通道中出现的渗漏现象,将气体引入变压器本体中的问题,文章应用了基于结构设计研究了智能回油管路集气系统,使用倒置T式结构的回油管道集气装置,与变压器色谱检测系统相连接,防止气体回流进入变压器中。基于嵌入式控制单元对油气分离单元、油气采集单元等其他模块进行控制,采用ARM9TDMI处理器,集成MMT162气体传感器和其他气体的微传感器,通过无线通信模块将气体信息数据传输到远程监测站。实验数据可知本研究智能回油管道的性能最好,C2H2气体含量减小为0。对异常气体样本数据进行检测,报警时间最短为1.8 s。The leakage phenomenon in the oil return channel of the oil chromatography may introduces gas into the transformer body. In this study, an intelligent oil return pipeline gas collecting system based on structural design is considered. The inverted T-shaped structure of the oil return pipeline gas collecting device is connected to the transformer chromatographic detection system to prevent the gas from flowing back into the transformer. The embedded control unit is used to control other modules such as the oil and gas separation unit and the oil and gas acquisition unit. The system adopts the ARM9TDMI processor, integrates the MMT162 gas sensor and other gas micro-sensors, and transmits gas information data to the remote monitoring station through the wireless communication module. The experiment shows that the performance of the intelligent oil return pipeline in this study is the best, and the C2H2gas content is reduced to zero. in the detection of abnormal gas sample data, the shortest alarm time is only 1.8 s.
