摘  要:目的分析双心医学模式在中医儿科心脏疾病教学中的应用。方法采取随机数字表法将2018年5月—2020年5月来中国医科大学附属第一医院中医儿科实习的学生90名分为2组,各45例,对照组给予常规教学法,观察组加用双心医学模式,对比2组学生教学分数、教学效果、带教老师对学生的满意度、学生对教学方法的满意度。结果与对照组相比观察组学生得分在90分以上者所占比例较高,学生对于病情告知的沟通技巧、治疗前检查及相关谈话、正确识别患者的心理障碍、患者的心理支持评分均较高,带教老师对学生表现情况的满意度中对诊断运用情况的满意度、对治疗方法的满意度、对谈话满意度、对康复策略满意度、对实践程度综合满意度均较高,学生对教学方法的总满意度较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双心医学模式在中医儿科心脏疾病教学中的应用能够明显提高成绩,教学效果较好,带教老师及学生的满意度均较高。Objective To analyze the application of the psycho-cardiological medical model in the teaching of pediatric heart diseases of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A random number table method was used to divide 90 medical students who came to The First Hospital of China Medical University to participate in the teaching of pediatric heart diseases of traditional Chinese medicine from May 2018 to May 2020,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional teaching methods,and the observation group was given psycho-cardiological medical model.Medical students’teaching scores,teaching effects,teacher’s satisfaction with medical students,and medical students’satisfaction with teaching methods was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group has a higher proportion of medical students with scores of 90 or more.The medical students’communication skills for disease notification,pre-treatment examinations and related conversations,correct psychological disorders of patients,and patients’psychology support scores were all high.Among the satisfaction with the medical students’performance,the teachers’satisfaction with the diagnosis and application is higher,the satisfaction with the treatment method is higher,the satisfaction with the conversation is higher,and the satisfaction with the rehabilitation strategy is higher.Medical students overall satisfaction with the degree of practice,high satisfaction with the teaching methods,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the psycho-cardiological medical model in the teaching of pediatric heart diseases of traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve the performance,the teaching effect is better,and the satisfaction of the teachers and medical students is higher.
