摘 要:目的探讨ADDIE教学模式在中医胃肠疝实训课中的应用效果。方法选取2019年12月—2020年12月在中国医科大学附属第一医院实习的82名实习生作为研究对象,简单随机分为观察组和对照组,每组41名,对照组采用传统实习带教的模式,观察组则采用ADDIE教学带教模式。3个月后,记录2组实习生的成绩情况以及各调查问卷指标。结果不同培训后,观察组的胃肠疝理论知识考试成绩、病历书写成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在满足自身的培训需求、提高培训的积极性与主动性、提高中医理论知识与技能水平、提升病情观察与应变能力、提高培训效果与效率以及有利于牢固掌握所学知识与技能方面的认同感均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在中医胃肠疝实训带教中采用ADDIE教学模式可显著提高教学效果,值得推广与应用。Objective To explore the application effect of ADDIE teaching mode in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)training course of gastrointestinal hernia.Methods A total of 82 interns working in the First Hospital of China Medical University were enrolled as the research objects between December 2019 and December 2020.They were divided into observation group and control group by simple random grouping method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional internship teaching mode,while observation group was given ADDIE teaching mode for 3 months.The interns’performances and analysis of questionnaire indexes in both groups were recorded.Results After different training,scores of gastrointestinal hernia theory knowledge assessment and medical records writing in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Overall satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The situations(meeting self training needs,improving enthusiasm and initiative of training,improving TCM theoretical knowledge and skills,improving observation and response abilities to conditions,improving training effect and efficiency,sense of identity that was conducive to firm grasp of learned knowledge and skills)were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ADDIE teaching mode in TCM training course of gastrointestinal hernia can significantly improve teaching effect.
