摘 要:目的探讨医方示善(goodwill)-医方倾听(listening)-医患交流(talking)-医患合作(cooperation)沟通模式(GLTC医患沟通模式)结合体验体验式教学方法对于护理实习生与老年人沟通能力及学生对临床教师教学表现的影响。方法将2021年8月—2022年8月广西医科大学护理学院在广西医科大学第一附属医院老年病学科(有5个病区)实习的85名护理实习生为研究对象,将5个实习病区随机分成观察组病区和对照组病区,对照组病区护生采用传统的教学法,观察组病区护生采用GLTC沟通理论的体验式教学法,采用医患沟通技能评价量表及临床护理教师评价量表评价教学效果。结果观察组护生的医患沟通技能评价量表(SEGUE framework scale,SEGUE)沟通量表总分及各维度得分,沟通良好率均高于对照组;观察组护生对临床护理教师评价量表总分、临床护理工作及教学组织维度得分,教师表现优、良率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用GLTC沟通理论的体验式教学法可有效提高护理实习生的沟通能力和临床教师的教学表现。Objective To explore the effects of the combination of good will,listening,talking,and cooperation(GLTC)and experiential teaching methods on the communication ability between nursing interns and the elderly as well as the teaching performance of clinical teachers.Methods A total of 85 nursing interns of Guangxi Medical University Nursing College internship in the gerontology(with 5 wards)in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from August 2021 to August 2022 as the research object,the five practice wards were randomly divided into observation group wards and control group wards,the traditional teaching method was adopted for ward nursing students in the control group,while the experiential teaching method based on GLTC communication theory was adopted for ward nursing students in the observation group.The evaluation scale of doctor-patient communication skills and the evaluation scale of clinical nursing teachers were used to evaluate the teaching effect.Results The SEGUE framework scale of nursing students in the observation group was higher than the control group.The total score of clinical nursing teachers,clinical nursing work and teaching organization scores were higher than the control group.The differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The experiential teaching method of GLTC communication theory can effectively improve the communication skills and the teaching performance of clinical teachers.
