摘 要:胰腺癌(pancreatic cancer,PC)是一种高侵袭性消化道恶性肿瘤。早期症状隐匿,晚期多表现为慢性顽固性内脏痛(visceral pain,VP)。PC疼痛发生机制是多因素参与的复杂过程。有研究指出,肥大细胞(mast cells,MCs)在参与PC疼痛的发生发展中发挥着重要的作用。目前对MCs参与PC疼痛的分子机制报道较少,主要集中在MCs脱颗粒物质发挥的作用。文章主要综述了PC疼痛的特点和研究现状,对MCs及其脱颗粒物质参与PC疼痛的作用进行总结,以深入了解MCs在PC疼痛中的调控作用,为后期的基础研究和临床治疗提供参考和新的治疗靶点。Pancreatic cancer(PC)is a highly invasive malignant tumor of digestive tract.The early symptoms were insidious,and the late symptom mostly manifested as chronic visceral pain(VP).PC pain mechanism is complicated and involves many factors.Some studies have pointed out that mast cells(MCs)play an essential role in the occurrence and development of PC pain.At present,there is a few reports on the molecular mechanism of MCs involved in PC pain,mainly focusing on the role played by MCs degranulated substances.This article mainly reviews the research status of PC pain,and summarizes the role of MCs and their degranulated substanc⁃es in PC pain,so as to deeply understand the regulatory role of MCs in PC pain,which provides a reference and new therapeutic targets for future basic research and clinical treatment..
