摘　　要：2022年10月,欧洲肝脏研究学会(EASL)正式发表《欧洲肝脏研究学会囊性肝病治疗临床实践指南》。该指南涉及肝囊肿、肝脏黏液性囊性肿瘤、胆管错构瘤、多囊肝、Caroli病、Caroli综合征以及胆管周围囊肿的诊断、治疗和管理。该指南结合对比增强影像学检查,在肝脏囊性病变的规范化诊断与治疗方面具有重要的临床指导价值。笔者团队对该指南进行详细解读,系统介绍各类囊性肝病的评估要点以及临床治疗的相关建议并对其未来应用和研究方向进行展望,以期为囊性肝病患者的临床管理和决策制订提供更多循证医学证据。In October 2022,the European Society for the Study of the Liver(EASL)publishes officially the EASL Clinical Practice Guidelines on the management of cystic liver diseases,which covers the diagnosis,treatment,and management of hepatic cysts,mucinous cystic neoplasms of the liver,biliary hamartomas,polycystic liver disease,Caroli disease,Caroli syndrome and peribiliary cysts.Combined with the contrast-enhanced imaging examination,the guideline is of great significance for standardized diagnosis and treatment of hepatic cystic lesions.The authors interpret the guideline in detail,and systematically introduce the key points of assessment of various types of cystic liver disease and related recommendations for treatment.Meanwhile,the future applications and research directions are further prospected in order to provide more evidence basis for the clinical management and decision-making for patients with cystic liver diseases.
