摘 要:针对现有滑环式电缆收放卷筒产品在11 kV及以上高压船舶岸电连接场合应用时存在碳刷易老化、接触导电安全性低等问题,设计一种反向导缆架的双自由度无滑环电缆卷筒方案。建立船用供电电缆不完全柔韧体性质下电缆多匝环绕和不扭曲换向运动的力学模型,分析电缆松匝过程中不均匀掉落规律,基于悬链线模型建立电缆动态脱离最低点求解方程和搜索算法。通过MATLAB仿真求解得到高压电缆在重力和弯曲应力等作用下的平衡节点坐标变化规律。依据等线速度原则,结合S形电机驱动特性提出导架和过渡卷筒双驱动的运动补偿曲线。试验验证结果表明:该方案满足高压电缆一端固定、一端连续收放的要求,可提高高压岸电电缆连接的可靠性和安全性。Aiming at the problems of carbon brush aging and low conductive safety when the existing slip-ring cable reeling products are applied to the shore power connection of HV ships above 11KV,a two-degree-of-freedom reverse guide frame type no-slip ring cable reel is designed.A mechanical model of the multi-turn winding and untwisted commutation movement of the cable under the incomplete flexibility of the marine power supply cable is established,the uneven drop of the cable during the loose-turn process is analyzed,and establish the dynamic deviating from the lowest point of the cable based on the catenary model is established to solve the equation and Searching for the algorithm.By MATLAB simulation,the equilibrium node coordinate change law of the high-voltage cable under the action of gravity and bending stress is obtained.According to the principle of constant linear velocity,combined with the drive characteristics of the S-shaped motor,a motion compensation curve for the dual drive of the guide frame and the transition cable reel is proposed.The experimental verification results show that the scheme meets the requirements of fixing one end of the high-voltage cable and continuously retracting and releasing the other end,and improves the reliability and safety of the high-voltage shore power cable connection.
