摘  要:尿素装置振动筛给料器在实际生产过程中故障率较高,分析故障原因并提出改造方案。通过对振动筛给料形式进行技术改造,消除了振动筛给料器故障给装置带来的减负荷或停车隐患,且保障装置长周期稳定生产运行,为类似的或新建的流化床造粒装置振动筛给料形式选型提供了一定借鉴。The failure rate of the vibrating screen feeder of urea plant is high in the actual production process.The reason of the failure is analyzed and the transformation scheme is put forward. Through the technical transformation of the feeding form of the vibrating screen, the hidden danger of load reduction or parking brought by the fault of the vibrating screen feeder to the device is eliminated, ensuring long cycle stable operation of the plant, providing reference for the selection of feeding form of the vibrating screen in similar or new fluidized bed granulating device.
