摘  要:肠道不仅是人体主要的消化器官,也是人体最大的免疫器官。近年来,全球肠道疾病发病率和死亡率不断上升,临床上常用的治疗方式虽然可以在一定程度上缓解症状,但在长期应用后几乎都存在疗效欠佳、不良反应多等缺点。铁死亡是一种调节性细胞死亡方式,其特征是铁依赖性脂质过氧化物和脂质活性氧的过度累积。随着对肠道疾病机制研究的不断深入,越来越多的证据表明,铁死亡参与了肠道疾病的发生和发展过程,在肠缺血再灌注损伤、炎症性肠病和结直肠癌中起着重要作用。本文综述了铁死亡的调控机制及其在肠缺血再灌注损伤、炎症性肠病和结直肠癌中的研究进展,为临床肠道疾病的诊治提供新的理论和策略。The intestine is not only the main digestive organ of the human body,but also the largest immune organ of the human body.In recent years,the incidence and mortality rates of intestinal diseases are increasing constantly all over the world.Although the commonly used clinical treatments can alleviate the disease to some extent,almost all of the treatments have disadvantages such as poor efficacy and many adverse reactions after long-term application.Ferroptosis is a form of regulatory cell death,which is mainly characterized by excessive accumulation of lipid peroxides and lipid reactive oxygen species.With the deepening of the research on the mechanism of intestinal diseases,more and more evidence has shown that ferroptosis plays a part in the occurrence and development of intestinal diseases,and plays an important role in intestinal ischemia reperfusion injury,inflammatory bowel disease and colorectal cancer.This paper summarizes the regulatory mechanism of ferroptosis and its research progress in intestinal ischemia reperfusion injury,inflammatory bowel disease and colorectal cancer,and provides new theories and strategies for clinical diagnosis and treatment of colorectal diseases.
