摘　　要：作者结合自己的经验, 重点阐述了鞘内泵有效控制顽固性癌痛的几个关键因素:开始鞘内治疗的时机, 是否要做药物测试, 镇痛药物的选择, 导管尖端的位置, 重要并发症的诊断和处理以及怎样防治鞘内阿片药物耐受等难题。The author discussed key points for successful management of intractable cancer pain with intrathecal pump(ITP),including when initiating the treatment of ITP,trial vs no trial,location of catheter tip,selection of analgesics,important complications of ITP and strategies of managing intrathecal opioid tolerance.
