摘  要:试验旨在探究日粮中添加不同水平复合益生菌和非淀粉多糖酶对生长猪生长性能、血清生化指标的影响。选取160头健康、体重(35.0±0.5)kg的生长育肥猪,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复10头猪(公、母各半)。对照组猪饲喂基础日粮,各试验组分别在基础日粮中添加250、500、750 mg/kg复合益生菌和非淀粉多糖酶。结果显示:与对照组相比,500 mg/kg组和750 mg/kg组生长猪的平均日增重(ADG)显著提高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,750 mg/kg组生长猪的粗纤维表观消化率显著提高(P<0.05);各试验组生长猪磷和总能表观消化率显著提高(P<0.05)。研究表明,复合益生菌和非淀粉多糖酶可显著提高生长猪生长性能和营养物质的表观消化率,适宜添加量为500 mg/kg。The experiment was to explore the effect of different levels of compound probiotics and non-starch polysaccharide enzymes added to diet on growth performance and serum biochemical indexes of growing pigs.A total of160 healthy growing and finishing pigs with a weight of(35.0±0.5)kg were randomly divided into four groups,with four replicates in each group,and ten pigs in each replicate(half in male and female).The pigs in control group were fed with basic diet,and each test group was supplentment with 250,500 and 750 mg/kg compound probiotics and non-starch polysaccharide enzymes in basic diet.The results showed that compared with control group,ADG of growing pigs in500 mg/kg group and 750 mg/kg group was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the crude fiber apparent digestibility of growing pigs in 750 mg/kg group was significantly increased(P<0.05),apparent digestibility of phosphorus and gross energy of growing pigs in all test groups was significantly increased(P<0.05).The study indicates that the compound probiotics and non-starch polysaccharide enzyme can significantly improve the growth performance and apparent digestibility of nutrients of growing pigs,the appropriate addition amount is 500 mg/kg.
