摘  要:试验旨在优化赪桐中类叶升麻苷的提取工艺并研究其抑菌活性。通过单因素试验、响应面试验、神经网络法以赪桐中类叶升麻苷的得率为考察指标,优化提取工艺;研究最佳工艺提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、耻垢分枝杆菌、无乳链球菌的抑菌效果。结果显示:最佳提取工艺条件为粒度目数100目、提取温度80℃、液料比13 mL/g、乙醇浓度63%、提取时间90 min、提取3次,此条件下类叶升麻苷得率为12.27 mg/g。最佳工艺提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌具有明显的抑制作用,对耻垢分枝杆菌、无乳链球菌则无明显的抑制作用。研究表明,提取工艺优化后赪桐中类叶升麻苷得率相对较高,具有良好的抑菌效果。The experiment was to optimize the extraction process of acteoside from Clerodendrum japonicum and study its antibacterial activity.Through single factor test,response surface test and neural network method,the extraction process was optimized by taking yield of acteoside from Clerodendrum japonicum as an index,to study the bacteriostatic effect of best technological extract on Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis,Mycobacterium smegmatis and Streptococcus lactis.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were 100 mesh particle size,80℃extraction temperature,13 mL/g liquid to material ratio,63%ethanol concentration,90 min extraction time,and three times extraction.Under these conditions,the yield of acteoside from Clerodendrum japonicum was 12.27 mg/g.The extract with the best technology had obvious inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis,but had no obvious inhibitory effect on Mycobacterium smegmatis and Streptococcus lactis.The study indicates that the yield of acteoside from Clerodendrum japonicum in optimized extraction process is relatively high,which has good antibacterial effect.
